Why contact us?
The success and growth of 4alfalfa.com will rely extensively on
the feedback from our fellow Alfalfanatics.
We're sure that we're not the only Alfalfa fans out there who have
strong opinions on what made our hero so special, and about his
status as one of America's greatest pop-culture icons. So if you
have something to contribute, why not do it? We want this site to
be what they call in Internet-ese as "content-rich". In
other words, a lot of stuff to read and browse through. We have
already loaded a significant amount of content in this first version
of 4alfalfa.com, but we want to continue to add new voices and new
points of view. We can't pay you (who knows, maybe someday we'll
be able to...), but you will get to see your thoughts in print and
you will of course receive full credit. This is a free site, so
why not consider your submissions/comments as a form of "payment"
to help sustain us?
We
would love to receive essays, articles, scholarship, photographs,
research, opinions, what-ifs... anything that's faithful to the
overall spirit of this site. And don't think that we'll print only
Alfalfa-positive material. You'll notice that even though we make
no secret of the fact we think Alfalfa is an amazing performer,
we also don't hesitate to call him to task on some performances
and moments that don't quite make the mark.
Don't
forget, we have another link called Dear Alfalfa that's kind
of like "Contact Us", but not really... In Dear Alfalfa,
envision that you're communicating directly with Alfalfa; as if
you were writing him a letter or email that you know he'd read personally.
Contact Us is the link to use if you want to communicate
directly with 4alfalfa.com regarding issues related to the site,
or if you want to submit some Alfalfa material for inclusion, or
want to ask us a question...things like that.
Regardless of what type of message you send, or what link you use,
please accept our friendly reminder that this is a "family"
website and we will not consider submissions or material that do
not conform to this simple requirement. Also, 4alfalfa.com reserves
the right to edit any material received (although we will make every
effort to publish your submission "as is")
