Terry Toons produced a series of cartoons featuring the character
shown below, who they called "Farmer Alfalfa":

Speaking of cartoons, there was also a short-lived
Little Rascals animated series. Below is an image of a preliminary
animation cell depicting our hero:

And yes, there were Little Rascals comic books,
published by Dell Comics in the late fifties and early sixties.
They typically portrayed the kids in setting totally unlike those
from the Little Rascals episodes, as well as indiscriminately blending
the different eras (for example, featuring Spanky and Farina in
the same story; now wouldn't that have been an interesting
team...) Below are some images of our hero from the Dell series:

Bingo enthusiasts who also happened to be Little
Rascals fans in the fifties were in luck.
The game featured all your favorite Little Rascals stars, including
